Q: Do you use OEM parts all the time?
A: We always replace parts with OEM parts only,
unless insurer specifies to replace with Aftermarket
parts or used parts.
Q: Who decides to select the Body Shop, Me or the
insurance company?
A: YOU. It is your car, you choose the body shop you
feel more comfortable with it.
Q: What is the best way to contact you when I am
involved in an accident?

Q: How do I contact you or drop off the vehicle if I
am involved in an accident after hours?
A: Dial 866-A1repair, they will co-ordinate to bring
in your car here.
Q: What kind of vehicles do you service or repair?
A: We service any make and model Cars, Trucks and
RVs.
Q: Will the repair details sent to any national
database?
A: We as a independent Body Repair Center, we do not
send any details of the repair or body work done to any
national database.
Q: What type of Warranty do you offer?
A: We offer Life time warranty on all our repair and
paint jobs. Please see our
warranty section for full details.
Q: Will you able to match my paint?
A: Yes. We have a computerized paint matching
system, which will match your paint to a perfect factory
paint.
Q: What if any mechanical damage done to my vehicle
do you take care of that too?
A: Absolutely. We have ASE certified technicians who
will perform all your car needs, internally or
externally.
Q: Do I need to get more than one estimate?
A: No. The State of Florida does not require you to
obtain more than one estimate.
Q: Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
A: No. We don’t feel that estimate from a picture or a
description of the damage is sufficient to write an
accurate estimate.
Q: Do I have to inform my insurance company before I
bring it out to you?
A: No. It is not necessary to inform your insurance. But
you must file a claim with your insurance in order for
us to work on your vehicle.
Q: Whom do I pay the deductibles / co-pay to?
A: To the Repair Shop
Q: Can I get a rental car from your facility?
A: Yes. We have Enterprise Rental Car to serve your
rental needs.
Q: How do I know the status of my car?
A: We will keep you updated on progress and delivery of
your vehicle. In future we will have it on online for
your convenience.
Q: Is there any instruction to follow to preserve the
paint job?
Yes. Please see Car Care
Center.
Q: Who informs insurance company?
A: Initial claim must be filed by customer, then shop
takes over from there on.
Q: Do you offer Pick up and Delivery?

Q: Do you Finance?
A: No, but we do accept credit cards.
